JIFP is a program funded jointly by the Commonwealth Department of Education Science and Training (DEST) and the Western Australian Department of Education and Training. In 2007 Kimberley TAFE won tenders to deliver programs to the : Yaruwu Jarndu Women's Group in Broome in the areas of :
- Governance
- Art
- Work Readiness
The College also delivers a Ranger Training Program under the auspices of the Certificate II & III of Conservation and Land Management to be delivered at Ardyaloon and Bidydanga Aboriginal communities.
